We had Spock and Max on their leashes out on the porch. I had the hand ends hooked on the trellis Christmas and Spock were playing when I guess Christmas decided that Spock should not be tied up. I am sure Rebecca would be proud. He started chewing on Spock's leash. I had to get it on tape so I went in and grabbed the camera. I did get some of it on tape. He literally chewed through leash to free Spock. Spock didn't go anywhere, I don't think he even realized it. lol it was so funny.
Christmas was full of himself tonight and ready to play. He like to bite Max and Spock on the ears to get them to play with him. They weren't nearly as playful as he was so I got one of the tennis balls and off we went. What a workout that dog can give. He would go get the ball and come my way dodge me and then stop when I would get close he would run off again. Once I would get it and we do it all again. I don't know who was more wore out when we were done, he or I. Poor Max and Spock just don't like to chase the ball when they have to be tied up. Maybe one day we can finish out the fence so they can all run and play together.
On a separate note Rebecca I mentioned above her organization that is trying to get dogs off chains, they are partnering with Music City Pit Brigade to help repair a fence so Big Head a gorgeous dog can run free and play in his yard instead of being tied up. You can help them out if you like, they are taking volunteers to help with the work on the fence and soon will be taking donations. To find this information just scroll down Rebecca's Facebook page.
Ok I will quit plugging groups now. Have a great night. Below are a video of the breakout and the boys playing. Warning I say a bad word in the escape video. Also a pic of the leash bit in two.
